Sales Account Executive (Sales Engineer)

Total Water Treatment Systems Inc. is a 100% Employee Owned Company and a leader in water treatment. We are known for our innovation and service in providing ultra-pure water for healthcare, biotech, laboratory, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and food processing operations.
Using a consultative, business-to-business, customer-focused sales approach you will reach out to existing and prospective customers providing water treatment solutions to their business process. You will prepare written proposals and develop and deliver custom presentations on water treatment solutions, such as Reverse Osmosis, Water Softeners, UV Technology, Deionization Services, Carbon Absorption, and Filtration.
The successful candidate will grow the existing customer base, prospect on businesses and new projects, follow up on incoming sales leads, participate in marketing efforts, research new projects, prepare written bids on projects, establish and maintain a professional relationship with engineers, contractors, construction managers, and business owners and operators in Iowa.
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver's License
3 years of successful technical sales, pharmaceutical, industrial business to business sales experience
Demonstrated experience generating new business
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in an engineering, mechanical engineer, chemical engineering, technical or science field
Computer skills in Microsoft office and business platforms
Excellent oral communication skills
Writing and delivering technical information/proposals
Presentation skills
Salary and Benefits
Bonus/Commission incentive plan of 15 - 30% of base, after training and based on depending on experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
