This is a full time position and performs administrative work along with customer service duties.
Responsibilities:
Address and solve client billing and account questions and issues in person and by phone.
Work with customers and corporate office to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
Receive and sort incoming documents from customers.
Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
Operates computers programmed with software (Bistrack) to record, store and analyze information.
Manages receiving and return paperwork.
Stocking shelves on an as needed basis.
Enters checks, posts payments and handles deposits.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or retail sales/customer service in a fast paced environment.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and follow up skills.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Must have a pleasant/professional personality and willingness to learn.
Proficient PC skills using MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
Basic knowledge of accounting practices.
